This application requires cookies to be enabled in order to function properly.  The following list provides instructions for enabling cookies in supported browsers:

Firefox:

1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Options".
2. Click the "Privacy" icon from the list of icons.
   
3. Click the "plus" icon by "Cookies" to show cookie options.
4. Choose either "Allow sites to set cookies", and optionally "for the originating web site only"

Internet Explorer 6:

1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3. Move the slider to determine which privacy setting (Medium or lower)
   you prefer.

Internet Explorer 5:

1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options".
2. Click on the "Security" tab.
3. Select "Internet" and then click "Custom Level...".
4. Scroll down to "Cookies" and "Enable" both options.
   

Mozilla 1.x

1. From the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences".
2. Expand "Privacy & Security"
3. Click on "Cookies"
4. Choose either "Enable all cookies", or "Enable cookies for the originating web site only"

Opera

1. Press F12.
2. Click Enable Cookies.

Netscape Navigator 6.x

1. Select Edit > Preferences.
2. Find Privacy & Security in the menu on the left. If there’s a triangle pointing to the right next to Privacy & Security, click it.
3. Select Cookies under Privacy & Security.
4. Select Enable Cookies for the Originating Web Site Only or Enable All Cookies, and click OK.
